In the bright sunshine, the 58-year-old actor seemed to be on his way to recovering from the heartbreak of losing his wife in a skiing accident.
The Schindler’s List star was first seen out with Miss St Johnston, who works in PR, in September when they dined at the London restaurant Nobu. At the time, both refused to discuss their fledgling romance.
However, it appears that things have become serious, with the couple looking at ease in each other’s company as they walked through a London park last Saturday, one day after the anniversary of Miss Richardson’s death.
Last week the pair, who are believed to have met through friends in the film world, were also seen at London restaurant Automat ‘getting cosy’, according to onlookers. Their romance has been given the seal of approval by Miss St Johnston’s ex-partner Matt Winton, a marketing executive and father of her two children, who said: ‘They make a very nice couple.’

They were seen last April at an ice hockey match in New York, where Neeson lives with his sons by Miss Richardson, Michael, 15, and Daniel, 14.
His marriage to Miss Richardson was one of the strongest in showbusiness. They married in 1994 and were together until her death aged 45 in March 2009 when she had a massive brain haemorrhage hours after falling on a Canadian ski slope.
