Missouri Levees Ready To Burst As Rain Pounds Central U.S.

Missouri Levees A dam to protect the city from Southeast Missouri Poplar Bluff overnight, but officials caution hou'n eye view of the Black River is still outbreaks in several countries - Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
