Mayor of New Orleans,  Mitch Landrieu today that the Louisiana SPCA will continue to provide  animal control services in the city in 2011 under a new collaboration  aimed at four-year contract. SPCA services were  provided more than 60 years, but the two sides in recent talks on a new  agreement because the organization and said he could not provide  services of $ 1,700,000 in the provision of the city in 2011.
