While the world's attention at the end of this week to have the Grand Prix of Monaco, Monte Carlo takes us on a trip to the Emirate of small bright and southern France. Monaco, home to some of the richest men in the world, celebrities and political elite, is a favorite tourist destination for people who want to be a sense of 'James Bond' for the pattern of life.
