HOTOS! Here are pictures of Miss Rhode Island 2009 Alysha Castonguay. Alysha Castonguay appeared in Maxim magazine and says Carrie Prejean and her have something in common. What is it? Take a guess. You’ll probably get it right.
Alysha Castonguay’s name is pronounced with the “u” silent. But Alysha wasn’t silent in telling Miss USA pageant officials that she had previously posed nude for Maxim Magazine (her topless photos can be seen at the end of this post ) before entering their competition. Yes, like Prejean, Rhode Island took her clothes off for the camera before entering the competition, but unlike Prejean she told the competition about it ahead of time, even showed them the pictures and they alleged approved her entry.
She started in pageants at age 2, was Little Miss Scarlett Pageant winner, won at age 14 Miss Rhode Island Teen USA title.
So why was it fine for her to have a past of nude modeling and not Prejean? Alysha tells press:
“I personally believe this situation is stemming from the controversy over her opinion and not a photo.”
